Dennis>Too many webs in my head..Are we supposed to be able to pick the whole mesh and have it export an unfolded UV map? If so..Help! And for us non brains What is that stuff about the "out of UV range" Basicaly I want an unfolded UV to take into photoshop..Can we do this?

Dennis> It did help..Im learning slowly..Ok, here's my question...I put a car in and what I get as a UV map is a picture of mass scrambled lines..Now, I m searching for a tut that shows step by step what to do and what each button does..No luck..Soooo, for now I need to ask what are the steps?

Your best bet is to check out the AC3D manual on the Texture Coordinate Editor (TCE). This page also has some useful info on using the TCE:
http://www.ac3d.org/ac3d/tutorials/carbody/index.html Once you've learned how to use the TCE, the UV map exporter will probably make a lot more sense. One of our fellow users posted a TCE tutorial, but it appears to be offline?
